How do I access / receive the content?

The videos and worksheets are distributed via our mobile app, which you can find in your app store, or via our desktop version which is accessible here.

Once you have purchased and enrolled into the online program either on this site or in the mobile app, the content which consists of videos and worksheets, will be released. Although you have access right away to all 40 weeks worth of content (1-2 videos & 1 question sheet per week) we highly recommend that you take the pilgrimage of 40weeks to allow the content to work through your system, and uncover some unconscious information and blocks. You may however choose to do the journey over 40 days. However the content is designed to have integration periods between sessions. To apply the teachings and continue to practice and experience the questions posed.

Is this a standalone journey? Or will I get access to support?

The program can be purchased in 2 different packages.

1. Standalone, video and worksheet content only.
2. 40 Week VIP program including 10 private sessions via Zoom / Skype / Facetime - If you choose to purchase the VIP program please contact Esther-Maria Lindner to organise dates, and payment of the difference.

Outside of private sessions that you can add to your packages there is a brand new closed and private Facebook group you can be added to for participants of this program to exchange their experience and or me to share some insights and lend some support on a weekly basis.

The benefit of downloading and doing the online program via the mobile app is that you will receive infrequent “golden nuggets” in form of impromptu wisdom shares.

What can I expect over these 40 weeks? What will I be doing?

The 40 week journey will utilise the ancient tools of the medicine wheel and chakra system to guide you onto an explorative and deeply connecting journey. It is designed to empower you, and give you an active role on your conception journey. Making you an active participant in this journey, and prepare you on body mind and spirit. To achieve that, we encourage you to create space, learn to listen, as well as utilise the power of ritual and ceremony. We will be providing you with tools in form of explorative questioning, reflective worksheets, visualisation exercises, and shared wisdom.

We will dive into subjects such as power of intention, connection to self / partner / spirit child, power of space and listening, fear vs love, sacred womb / prostate connection, physical self-care of the reproductive system, and a whole lot more.

The first 5 weeks lay a foundation, before you deep dive and activate different elements and energetics within yourself by walking couple of weeks at time the medicine wheel and different chakra bodies of your being.

The content is building upon itself and it is important you don’t skip or miss a week / lecture as it is finely designed to activate different elements of your mental, emotional and physical body at different times. Slowly unravelling blocks, but balancing and empowering your system at the same time.

We do encourage you to book into private sessions along this journey to take it to a deeper and personalised level.

Can I do this faster?

Yes. The moment you enroll into the program you will receive access to the 40 week content. Although it is your own free choice to do the course in either 40 weeks or 40 days, the material is designed to take you on a pilgrimage of personal growth. It requires time between sessions to digest, integrate and experience the material, and also to identify hidden belief systems and allow unconscious patterns or block to be revealed in the time between sessions that you continue engaging with the thought process of the material. Why 40 weeks?

Most pregnancies are roughly 40 weeks (plus or minus 1-3 weeks). It takes the body, mind and spirit 40 weeks to grow this baby and grow into being a mother / father. In communities and traditional societies members of community are always around babies, pregnancy and birth, yet in our modern world we often don’t have a conscious relationship with that world, and are firstly confronted with it when we fall pregnant ourselves.

In that time women face all their believe systems around health, birth, motherhood, often for the first time. Everything we feel is flushed through our bodies and our then babies in utero. As a doula I have witnessed mothers trying to change believe patterns they held onto for 30-40 years in less then 6 months which is simply not enough time.

At this moment we can witness the disconnect to this life stage in our society, and an ever increasing number of women dealing with post natal depression, and complete overwhelm when the reality of birth and motherhood is there. Not having the tools and systems to support them.

A 40 week conception journey allows a couple to fully prepare themselves on every level. Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical. To engage in the conception of their child with tools they can utilise beyond conception, throughout pregnancy, birth and postnatally.
